We pulled up on our bikes as the vacancy sign was showing and we were looking for a place to stay for the evening. As we pulled up, I noticed my bike had a brake issue, brakes were locked on. As we started to look at the bike to fix it, an older gentleman came out from the building and mentioned that the office was open. We said thank you, but we needed to get the bike looked at first, then we would come find a room. The man told us that we were not allowed to park there, and wanted the bikes moved immediately. The man and I got into a yelling match over this (I cant move the bike, the brakes a locked, give me a minute to sort it out). We told him that we were planning to stay there, and he said they had no vacancy. When questioned about the sign, he said they did have a few rooms. Very rude. No help. No patience. Will never recommend anybody to stay here, ever. We stayed in the Gables motel next door. The staff was much more friendly.
Stayed here last night just passing through. Its an older motel, but insanely clean and the woman running the front desk was lovely!Id highly recommend!
We always stay here when we come to Radium which is a few times a year. Great friendly staff and clean rooms. Also pet friendly!
I love this motel! I highly recommend it. It's reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The window boxed flowers are beautiful and give the property a lot of charm.
