Disgusting! Do not stay here unless it is a last resort!There was blood on the comforter, dirt covering the walls, the carpet was sticky, the curtain was stained and ripped, the kitchen had old food in it, the carpet was duct taped down, the bathroom tiles were chipped and broken, the shower walls were so dirty the little cracks were black, the bathroom had BLACK MOULD, there was cracks in the ceiling and water damage on the walls.We ended up having to go to the tiny grocery store to buy cleaning supplies to clean our own room! After finally finishing cleaning, the tap fell off of the faucet and we couldn't turn the water on. The handyman was lovely and so kind. He looked very upset at how disgusting our room was so he quickly told the owner to switch our rooms.The next room was clean at least, but the walls were covered in dirt! Is it that hard to wipe down the walls? The carpet was still sticky but overall the room was clean, no duct tape, no mould and no cracks in the ceiling.The owner was creepily nice. He for sure knew he was putting us in the most disgusting room on the planet.The maid does the bare minimum when cleaning. I suggest not touching the walls, bring your own blankets and wear socks or slippers while inside.
Decent room and price. Low rating because the window covering was broken, ie: you could see right into the room from outside. The shower wasn't seperate, just a pony wall. Not really into being seen showering.
really nice people. we came up for rocky mountain rally and the room was just what we needed. great price and get what you pay for
A nice quiet and economical place to stay in Radium Hot Springs. Love the fact that they have a BBQ that guests can use.
Booked 2 QUEEN rooms 3 months in advance once we showed up we didnt get queen beds in our rooms we received a queen bed and a dirty couch pull out. Staff claimed that all rooms are booked and that's all they could give us. The rooms are so dated and there is a horrible smell near the bathroom/ kitchen area. Seriously save yourself some time and spend a little more and stay elsewhere. Not worth your time or money.
