Stayed here 2 years in a row. Same issues an no repairs to the same room they stuck us in last time.Have to put towels on the floor so we dont get poked by carpet nails.Shower head was horrible. Noisier this last year, hot tub broken, costlier room.Continental breakfast was out of a-lot of things by 9 am.It is worse than the first time and we will be picking a different spot next year
It was excellent. The only thing is that it wasn't Park Lodge in Radium Hot Springs, it was Big Horn Motel across the street from the Park Lodge.
We reserved a room here. Arrived. Its very old. Which is fine. But there is not curb appeal. Paid for our room and went to check it out before dinner. One bed looked barely made. As always we checked the beds for bugs and what not. Both beds look slept in and there were hairs on the pillows and sheets. We went back to the office and got a refund. The man at the desk didn't seem to concerned. We found a nice motel down the street for less money!
Great place friendly staff and very clean rooms! We went with low expectations cause of some of the reviews but were really happy with this place. It's not a fancy 5 star hotel but a great budget friendly place to stay. We will go back for sure! The hot tub is awesome as well!
Nice and quiet place. Easy and unrushed check-in and check-out. Clean and comfortable rooms. A/C is little bit noisy and old. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Budget-friendly. Overall great value for the bucks..
