I'm sorry to say that our experience here was really disappointing. They just sell Chapman's ice cream, nothing special. But the real problem was their very confusing ordering system and the appalling customer service. One girl in particular was straight up rude to customers if they didn't know what they wanted to order the minute she asked them. We saw several customers look hurt and upset after their experience. Getting ice cream is supposed to be FUN, and this place just misses the mark. Go to the other store down the road instead.

Strawberry cheesecake in a sugar cone was delicious. Staff are friendly and efficient. Outdoor seating area with a view of the mountains is very nice. Only drawback is that coffee was kind of pricey and decidedly Folgers-like.
The ice cream choices were great. Loved the pineapple. Great place for slushies and for custom doughnuts and air conditioning on a hot day. The wait for service was fast and friendly. It was nice to see kids helping out in this little friendly ice cream shop!
You can tell a place is good if there's a crowd there. All the outside tables were full but we were served right away and the ice cream is delicious!
