Rude lady at the desk. Avoid it, get your souvenirs from across the street at the Welcome Center.
Poor customer service
Woman at the register was extremely rude. Look at the signs on the door and see the red flags. She is incredibly impolite. Yelled at my friend for bringing a closed water bottle. Avoid this place at all costs.
Made it three feet inside the store before the clerk stopped my service dog and I (identified with a vest from a well known organization) and she told us to get out as she doesn't want dogs in the shop. Told her that my dog was on duty and she had none of it and was quite rude. I have rarely been so humiliated.
